I. OBJECTIVE AND TASKS
To promote grappling.
To improve athletes’ grappling skills.
II. PLACE AND TIME OF THE COMPETITION
The competition begins on 4 April 2015 at 11 a. m. in Kaunas Sports Hall. Address: Perkūno al. 5, Kaunas, Lithuania (LTU).
3 April.Arrival of the participants, registration–weigh-in from 6 p. m. to 7 p. m. at the hotel "MAGNUS" Vytauto pr. 25, LT-44352 Kaunas, Lithuania.
4 April. Arrival of the participants, registration–weight-in from 9 a. m. in Kaunas Sports Hall.
Address: Perkūno al. 5, Kaunas, Lithuania (LTU).
The athletes must provide a valid participant’s licence-registration card and passport (National Identity Card, which indicates nationality and date of birth).
The tournament begins on 4 April at 11 a. m.

IV. HOLDING THE COMPETITION
The competition will be held by the judge panel approved by IGF.
The Head judge of the competition is Vytautas Smirnovas, the competition secretary is Rolandas Lukoševičius.
V. RULES
The competition will be held in accordance with the regulations approved by IGF.
The competition will take place on four mats: 9mx9 m.
VI. AWARD
The winners and prizewinners of the competition will be awarded medals.
VII. ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS
Travel expenses for athletes and coaches shall be paid by the sending organization.
Sending organization and coach are responsible for competition participants’ health and security.
We recommend having a health insurance for participants of the competition.
